Our Menu

From succulent steaks and chargrilled lamb, to chicken and fish served fresh from our grill. We also have a range of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as devilish delights to tempt your tastebuds.

Our menu changes through the year to reflect the colourful highland seasons, as well as daily and weekly specials. Our sample menu should give you a taste of what awaits you at The Cairn.

Homemade Cullen Skink / smoked ham hock & pea plus a vegetarian option served with sliced Balmoral bread

Seared Scallops
served with butternut squash puree and Serrano ham

Deep Fried Tempura Prawns
served with a sweet chili dipping sauce

Lamb Kebab
Harissa marinated Lamb kebab, tzatziki dip and griddled pitta bread
